So, after a rather lengthy absence, we have once again entered to studio to cut a few new songs. However, these are EXTRA special. In keeping with the true meaning of Christmas, we decided to offer up the our gifts in order to help those in need. Our goal was to write and record new Christmas songs and use 100% of every sale to benefit the children of Sarah’s Covenant Home (www.schindia.com). The idea actually came to life after studying James 1:27.
It is important to keep in mind, that this idea was conceived the last week of October so once the band agreed on the concept, the writing process had to begin immediately. With a budget of $0 we decided that the most cost effective approach would be to go into a studio big enough that we could track live with one day to get what we could get. After weighing our options, we landed at Echo Mountain (Asheville,NC), with the exception of track 5 which was done later with our buddy Ricky Rod at Bomb House Recording (Morganton,NC).
Nearly 99% was tracked on Nov 26th at Echo in a mere 13hrs. Again, with a budget of $0, we had 1 day to complete mixing and mastering. But, what we walked away with is something special.
We truly hope that you take the time to purchase and listen, realizing that His ‘Love Has Come‘ for us in so many ways. Merry Christmas from ONNA, and we hope that you are able to bless others this season! – taylor

We’re stoked to announce that ONNA has received their first spin on a major radio station! Which track you may ask? How about ALL OF THEM!
Recently, a new series has been added to the ‘Ace & TJ‘ morning show entitled ‘Give the Band a Break‘ in which unsigned artists submit their material to the radio show to be played on air.
In most cases, one song from the selected artist is played and listeners call in to critique and vote to either ‘Crank it’ or ‘Yank it!’
In the case of ONNA, Ace & TJ were kind enough to make an exception and let significant portions of each song be broadcast across live air. Don’t believe us? Just listen for yourself.

Onna’s track “What If I Fall” was selected as the video bumper music for a new micro-church called Soma. Soma’s purpose is that it all begins and ends with worship. Soma is located in Winston-Salem, NC.
From the Soma website:
“We believe that simply filling a room with people means nothing if lives aren’t changed. SOMA is designed to be an engaging atmosphere for people to experience God in personal ways. When we meet together as a community, we worship in order to connect with God and each other.”
